The role

We are currently looking for a Contract Co-ordinator in Dover, to join our team of logistics professionals.

This role reports to the Operations Supervisor and you will be responsible for ensuring the continuing running of the contract in an efficient and cost effective manner. This will include ensuring collection and delivery expectations are being met, managing bookings and informing the team of any changes, supporting activities around customs clearance, collating information for the site leadership team to make sure that KPI’s are being met, and liaising with colleagues and the customer on a regular basis to help provide an optimum service for our customer.

This is a vital role at the site and you will be a key point of contact that will ensure that the day to day delivery of the contract is being met.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload at busy times
  • An eye for detail
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
