We are currently looking for a Group Quality and Audit Manager based within the UK to be part of our Quality, Health and Safety team.

This role reports to the General Manager of Risk and Compliance, and will be working to ensure the promotion and development of the P&O Assessment Standard System (PASS), and for organising and leading the audit process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

This will include ensuring that procedures are written, reviewed and updated annually, maintaining the programme of the CEFIC Safety & Quality for Sustainability Assessment System accreditation, along with other industry standards such as BRCGS. You will advise the business on any regulatory changes and assist in achieving compliance with any other Quality qualifications the business strives to achieve

The person

So what skills are we looking for:

  • A NEBOSH General certificate
  • Lead Auditor and Lead Risk Assessor qualifications
  • Ideally HACCP awareness and EFQM (European Foundation Quality Management) training
  • A good team player, demonstrating excellent cooperation skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • An eye for detail, with a good attention to accuracy
