The role

We are currently looking for a Care Team Executive to help bolster the team that deals with customer enquires.

This busy role will be managing a case load of customer enquires through telephone, letter, in person and email. You will work as part of a larger team working to KPIs and providing escalation as and when necessary. This is a pretty antonymous role and you will be required to use your initiative to make decisions as appropriate including providing e-gift vouchers or escalating enquires and making sure that all cases are concluded to the customer's satisfaction.

Our staff are empowered to make things better for our customers and you will be looking at processes and finding out ways to improve them. This is more than a customer service role we are looking for individuals who are customer service champions and are always striving to make things better for the customer.

This is a part time role at 15 hours per week.

The person

To be successful for this role it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Previous experience of managing customer enquiries in a busy contact centre

- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- The ability to see the successful closure of customer enquiries

- An excellent people person with an empathic personality

- The ability to manage multiple cases at any one time.
