We are currently looking for Call Centre Staff who are fluent in Dutch and can provide assistance in both English and Dutch to our customers in the busy call centre. You will part of a larger team that deals with incoming calls from all over Europe dealing with bookings, queries and sales enquiries.

The team work towards targets and KPIs and you will be tasked with working on the reservations system alongside the customer service portal.

This is an incredibly varied role and the team are always striving to achieve exemplary customer service scores.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Strong customer service experience from within a service led industry

- Good problem solving skills

- Great telephone manner and the ability to empathise with customers

- Some experience of selling would be useful

- Experience of working in a target driven environment would be useful

- Previous experience of working within travel, hospitality or leisure would be very beneficial.
