The Café 1759 team at Radian have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about the catering industry to complete an apprenticeship (either at Level 2 or 3 depending on the candidate) at our Café in Bordon. 

We are looking for a motivated, keen, ambitious individual who is happy to work within a team.

The role of the Food and Beverage Apprentice is wide ranging, assisting the Cooks at the café in Southampton but they will also assist in our function service, preparing service items and serving meals at various locations and clearing away afterwards.

The apprentice will be working 37 hours per week but this may vary from week to week and will on occasions involve weekend work for which time off in lieu will be granted.

Full training will be given to enable the Apprentice to complete the tasks detailed in this Job Description including all training which will be provided.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
