We are looking for someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems, helping us on our journey to become a flagship for customer services within the housing sector.

You will be part of a great team where our people are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and feel motivated to contribute to our success.

As part this role you will be providing administration support to the business, setting up customers Direct Debits, taking calls, responding to emails and dealing with customers face-to-face.

  • Have the ability to pursue set targets and develop constructive working relationships
  • Work on your own initiative in a busy environment
  • Have confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems at work.
