Your new role
We are looking for two driven and successful individuals to undertake the Land Manager roles within our Land and Planning team.
You will be responsible for securing new sites with and without planning permission to ensure we meet our corporate objectives.
You will have a track record of working in new business for a house builder or registered provider. You will need to demonstrate experience of securing sites, an understanding of the planning system, and the ability to lead a project team to deliver a successful scheme.
It is essential for you to have experience of land acquisition financial appraisals, delivering housing schemes, and working with a variety of stake holders (local authorities, land agents, developers).
This is an excellent opportunity for focussed and committed individuals looking to contribute to our goal of delivering vital homes across our geography. You will work in a small team and have regular interaction with colleagues across the business to ensure we deliver the homes our customers want.
