Your New Role

As a Carpenter with Radian you will be responsible for carrying out appropriate building maintenance repairs, including all aspects of carpentry works to properties for our Windsor based operation. All works will be carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and in accordance with appropriate good building maintenance practice. 

Providing a high quality, customer focused service you will ensure all works are planned, programmed and completed on time to the satisfaction of Radian's internal and external customers.
 
You will be a good communicator and have an achievement based approach to their work.

Experience in window fitting is desirable but not essential.

A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Carpentry is required.

This is a six month fixed term post.
