Your new role

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team, based primarily at our Eastleigh office, to lead on people and customer readiness for all change.

You will be certified in a recognised change management body (i.e. Prosci) and passionate about building an enduring capability and approach in how we manage change effectively.

Your role will provide change management expertise to complex integration, transformation and business-led projects, whilst leading a team of Change Agents who are responsible for ensuring our people are willing and ready to embrace change. You will co-create and drive the standards and framework to ensure we involve and engage teams in shaping our future. In addition, you will be a trusted coach to sponsors and the conscience of the business throughout the project lifecycle.
