Why work with us?
It’s an exciting time to join our organisation. In November 2019, Radian Group and Yarlington Housing Group announced a new partnership which now sees us serve 79,000 customers across the south from Devon to Windsor.
Our new organisation has a portfolio of over 38,000 homes, supported by over 1,350 colleagues. Together, we’re committed to investing in local communities to make them stronger whilst helping to provide homes to those that really need them. We recognise the importance of continuing to develop our products and services to meet the changing needs of our customers and empower our colleagues to support customers in realising their aspirations.
We’re looking to recruit people who share our passion in making a difference to the lives of our customers and our local communities. In return we will invest in you to help develop your career in a great environment that offers flexibility, collaboration and excellent rewards and benefits.
We live by a set of shared values that underpin our open and honest working culture but also demonstrates our commitment to our customers, our stakeholders and our colleagues.
So if we’re what you’re looking for, start your next chapter with us…
Your new role
The Resident Scrutiny Group gives our customers the chance to have their say and shape the way we work. The Resident Scrutiny Group regularly review the organisation’s performance, making sure we stick to our commitments, and recommend ways we can improve our services using our customers voices.
Are you passionate about making sure customers are involved in the way that their services are run? Do you want to lead positive change and recommend ways that Radian can improve? Do you enjoy working with a range of people and inspiring them to be a part of making a difference? Then we could be looking for you.
We’re recruiting a Chair of our Resident Scrutiny Group that will play an integral role in helping our customers make positive changes to our organisation. There has never been a better time to help shape the future of Radian’s services as we become a much bigger organisation that supports a variety of customers across the south of England. This role provides a fantastic platform to take that first step on to your Non-Executive Director career allowing you to develop your skills and improve your knowledge of all things housing and community related.
If you feel you have the experience, skills and attitude, we want to hear from you.
