Your new role

We're excited to say our Commercial Services team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service – and we need you!

Customers are at the heart of everything we do so we want to make sure that all our services provided are of high quality and undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. We also want to make sure that what we do represent value for money and are resident focused.

As our Head of Central Support Services, you’ll responsible for the leadership and delivery of our Commercial services’ central support team, including Fleet management, commercial support and financial transactions, apprentice cohort, etc.

Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll identify productivity opportunities and to continually develop and grow service delivery in pursuit of improvements both financial and operational. Remember, we don’t want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want to do things even better!  

You’ll work closely with all heads of services within Commercial services in supporting their function and that our Fleet management strategy is fit for purpose and implemented in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role, you’ll manage and lead the performance reporting function and ensure management information is available for Commercial Services Leadership team and executive Board.
