Your new role
We're excited to say that we're looking for an experienced Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Analyst individual to join our team; a talented multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, looking for a new challenge to create a positive impact and be a key member of our team as we drive the establishment of the PMO forwards.
The Business Change team is a high performing, dynamic, and pro-active team of change expertise including programme and project delivery, Change Management and Business Analysis Specialists and an enabling Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
As a PMO Analyst, you'll be focusing on providing insight and data analysis on the performance of our Change Portfolio of programmes and projects; identifying themes, anomalies and recommending corrective actions. You’ll be a champion of data driven decision making.
Using your expertise, you’ll provide timely and accurate routine and ad hoc reporting presented in engaging formats with supporting narrative which informs the audience of what they need to know. Ideally, you'll have extensive knowledge of MS Project/ Project Online, which includes familiarity with Admin Level functionality changes within the tool as this is the PPM tool we currently use.
You'll work collaboratively with the project delivery teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of project data; tracking and advising to ensure smooth transition through our internal governance and assurance framework; Fit4Business.
No two days will be the same in this role, so a can-do attitude, highly organised and a geniune passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll be delivering high-profile projects in large dynamic customer focused organisations.
