Your new role

We're excited to say our Commercial Services team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service – and we need you!

You'll be based either in Eastleigh or Yeovil and you'll work in an agile manner covering all of our locations. 

Customers are at the very heart of everything we do, and it’s our priority to ensure services provided are of high quality and are undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. 

As a Grounds & Estates Operations Manager, you’ll manage the delivery of all Grounds & Estates maintenance across Abri. You’ll lead our in-house team of Grounds Maintenance supervisors and operatives ensuring all works are delivered in a timely manner. 

You'll develop and provide a strategic view on future direction of Grounds & Estate maintenance by reviewing all external contracts and identifying areas for improvement and long-term cost savings.  

You’ll be forward thinking in your approach to continually develop and grow service delivery in pursuit of improvements both financial and operational. In addition, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure we have strong cross directorate relationships to support the delivery of the effective Grounds & Estate service.
