Your new role
We're excited to say our Commercial Services team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service – and we need you!
Customers are at the heart of everything we do so we want to make sure that all our services provided are of high quality and undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. We also want to make sure that what we do represent value for money and are resident focused.
As our Customer Response Supervisor, you’ll be accountable for the management and delivery of the responsive repairs and maintenance service across Abri Homecare.
We're looking for two Customer Response Supervisors where one of you will be based in Eastleigh and another one to be based in Windsor and you'll work in an agile manner covering all of our locations.
Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing service to all homes within the operating area.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do - you’ll take the ownership in developing a highly motivated, customer focused and value-based team ensuring that all feedback are monitored and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
