Your new role
We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry and plumber repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks. This is a nine months fixed term role.
You'll be responsible for a day-to-day maintenance repairs and/or installation including the delivery of electrical testing and repairs across our properties, proudly championing our ‘right first time’ approach to fixes and repairs.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do - we want to be the best, always going above and beyond for them and completing work for them quickly and to the highest of standards.
Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ attitude are all essential as you’ll be our ambassador when you visit our customers’ homes to carry out repairs and installations to the highest of standards all while being the friendly face of Abri.
It's essential that you hold the most up to date 18th Edition qualification, understand how social housing works and an experience of NICEIC certsure or similar software.
You won’t have to worry about providing your own kit - we’ll provide you with your uniform, a van, PPE and all the tools you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!
