Your new role

We’re excited to be looking for a new Complaint Officer to join our busy frontline team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!

We’re looking for someone who can find a solution before it becomes a problem, isn’t afraid to talk with customers about anything that bothers them, wants to work with likeminded people and enjoys putting a smile back on someone’s face.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and you’ll join our fantastic Complaints Centre of Excellence in finding out what’s good and what’s not, turning around a bad experience, celebrating the good ones and learning from everything. You’ll be hands-on delivering the service, bringing lots of ideas and confidence to provide the best solutions for our customers.

Not every customer will be a happy one but through your excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills, you’ll turn bad experiences into positives and create win-win situations for all.

We’re looking for someone who recognises that complaints are an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service. Therefore, an eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture will be essential, we want you to be able to notice trends and be able to propose solutions so we can operate even better than before.
