Your new role

We’re recruiting for a Hub Supervisor to provide - and we need you!

Are you, outgoing, organised and dedicated with great communication skills? 

Are you comfortable wearing multiple hats in order to deliver a wide range of services to our customer, enabling them to remain as independent as possible?

You will provide the housing management functions which will include Health & Safety checks, monitoring fire safety, ensuring properties remain compliant with H&S requirements, reporting repairs and monitoring external contractors. 

You'll also need to be comfortable hosting resident meetings, planning and delivering social activities and promoting the scheme and services locally. You will need to liaise with third party agencies, calling on support when our customers need that little bit of extra support in order to maintain their independence. This support can vary from daily welfare calls to ensuring care packages are in place. You will not be involved in hands-on care. 

You are going to be busy and so great time management skills are essential. There will always be problems to solve and so you will need to be solution focused.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of housing related issues and have a good knowledge of IT. The position is a lone working role although you will work as part of a team, achieving results together. You will also need to cover Bank Holidays, which are allocated on a roster basis. You will need access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.

As part of this exciting role you will be offered the opportunity to gain a professional qualification in our business area, if not already achieved.
