Your new role

We're excited to say our Property Care team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service – and we need you!  

Our customers are at the very heart of everything we do, and it’s our priority to make sure the services we provide are high quality and are undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. 

As our Head of Property Care, you’ll use your leadership skills and strong commercial awareness to effectively manage the delivery of all our Planned works.  You’ll also work with colleagues at all levels across the group so interpersonal skills and being able to quickly build successful working relationships is a must.

Here at Abri, we’re not happy to just stand still and are all about continuous improvement.  You’ll regularly monitor performance against our KPI targets, adopting lessons learnt to continue driving forward with service delivery improvements based on feedback and KPI trends.  

You’ll be forward thinking in your approach to continually develop and grow service delivery in pursuit of improvements both financial and operational as well as technological. In addition, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to promote and deliver efficiencies and process improvements.
