Your new role
Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to work for a national award-winning Employment Services team?
As part of Abri’s employability project “Unlimited Potential” we are looking for a full time Employment Support Advisor to support those in the communities of Gosport, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Millbrook and Mansbridge. The Advisor will provide information, guidance and advice to help people living within these communities reach and sustain their employment and training goals. As part of this they will support customers to overcome personal barriers as well as organising external/additional support services. Experience of delivering similar projects would be advantageous.
This Advisor role can be based at our office in Horndean or Eastleigh and there will be an element of agile working. The successful candidate must have the ability to attend support meetings in the Solent areas listed above. Enthusiasm, passion and drive are all key to the success of delivering this role.
