Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Customer Partnership Team. We are looking for a field based Community Partner for a nine months.
You will be part of a team who are at the centre of our partnership approach to delivering our Sustain, Maintain and Comply model, ensuring our customers are supported in sustaining their tenancy. As part of the field-based function, you will spend the majority of your time out in our communities delivering a frontline housing management service; visit and inspect properties, your communities and blocks of flats and undertake general tenancy management visits. No two days are the same but knowing the positive difference you can make to our customers lives is really rewarding.
You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.
You will need to be able to work agilely, and between the hours of 08:00am -6:00pm across our geography on a designated patch. You must have experience of delivering a first-class customer service and be a team player who can work alone and under pressure. Experience working in a social housing environment and particularly in tenancy management would be desireable.
You must be able to demonstrate the Abri values in everything you do with a clear and consistent history of going above and beyond in every aspect of your role.
You will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle and have the appropriate business insurance.
