Your new role

We’re excited to be looking for two Junior Fire Project Managers to join our busy Customer Safety Fire Delivery team.  

You’ll ensure our customers’ safety remains at the heart of everything we do. It's our priority that they’re supported throughout tenancy, homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.  

You'll be based in the South of England and you'll work in an agile manner covering all locations. 

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential.

You'll take ownership of managing the delivery of Fire Risk Assessment action improvement programmes across Abri's geography by:

  • Co-ordinate programmes across the Fire Delivery team with fire remediation projects from inception to realisation
  • Routinely audit and monitor contractor performance throughout the life of delivery projects. Ensure correct procedures are followed, flagging any anomalies to the Fire Delivery team.
  • Ensure quality compliance data and records are captured in relation to fire safety, looking for continuous improvement to ensure date integrity
  • Possess initiative, excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and motivate stakeholders, inside and outside the business
  • Be an influencer who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the business.
  • Ensure building safety and fire risk management is integral to the safe delivery of all programmes of work.
