What you'll do

We’re proud to say our customers are at the heart of everything we do and that we strive to deliver a service that always goes above and beyond. We’re looking for two Customer Care Officer to join our busy team to make sure the aftercare service received by our customers who move into our new build properties across a range of tenures, is second to none.

You’ll be an ambassador for Abri by being the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership of defects and queries from end-to-end, investigating the issues, and responding, all while keeping the customer in the loop and updated with the progress of their issue.

As you’ll be on the front-line of our Customer Care team, you’ll need a cool head, bags of confidence and a knack for quickly building genuine rapport with customers from all walks of life.  

Because you’ll be working in the Development team, a knowledge of housebuilding or construction experience would be really useful too.
