You’ll be accountable for the management and delivery of the responsive repairs and maintenance service across Abri.
We're looking for a Customer Response Supervisor where you'll be based in Windsor and you'll work in an agile manner covering all of our locations.
Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing service to all homes within the operating area.
You’ll take the ownership in developing a highly motivated, customer focused and value-based team ensuring that all feedback are monitored and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
