Riverside are proud to say that we are one of the top five housing associations across the United Kingdom. We play a critical role in providing affordable housing and support services to people of all ages and circumstances.
We have a dedicated workforce of around 2,500 people across England and Scotland – including people who work in support, customer services, maintenance, construction, finance, human resources and many more skills, trades and professions. Our people are at the heart of transforming lives and revitalising neighbourhoods.
Britton House is a scheme for vulnerable young customers aged 16 - 25. Customers may be care leavers, asylum seekers, or come from a homeless background.

As a Project Assistant you will play a vital role in providing administration support to our teams, as well as supporting our customers to make their own life choices and to access the services they need.
You will provide a first class administration service, maintaining accurate records and acting as a first point of contact for customers by telephone or in person.  You will engage with them to offer housing related support, responding to and escalating queries as necessary, including working with tenancy agreements and collecting rents and charges.
