Riverside are currently recruiting for a service manager at the Cambridge Youth Foyer in Cambridge. This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm however flexibility will be required on occasion.

How we help at Cambridge Youth Foyer We provide support for local 16 to 25 year-olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness who want to engage in education, training or employment and become independent.

As a service Manager you will lead a team, encouraging staff to work in partnership with other agencies to develop appropriate solutions for each client around prevention and sourcing long-term accommodation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting outcomes to the funding body, ensuring we are meeting contractual obligations.

We are looking for a proactive candidate with experience of working with vulnerable client groups and delivering support in the homelessness sector. You will also have a strong multi-agency background and experience with budgets, management accounts and safeguarding would be advantageous.
