Riverside are looking to recruit a part time Support Worker at Regent House in Medway working 15 hours per week. This is a fixed term contract up until 30th June 2019. Working hours will be 2 days per week on shift rota basis which will include evening and weekend work

Your role will involve, providing positive support for our clients with risk assessments and support plans, you will work through challenging barriers, and empower clients to develop the skills needed to live independently.

You will work proactively, to form strong relationships and gain our clients trust, striving to provide the best possible service levels.


Ideally, you’ll already have experience of working with vulnerable clients in a housing/social care setting. If not, you will be given on the job training but will certainly have the initiative, empathy, interpersonal skills, resilience and sensitivity to appreciate how everyday housing issues impact on quality of life.

Commitment to providing the quality service that our clients need is also essential.  You will have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills and the organisational skills required to deal with a range of administrative issues.
