Riverside are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge and Security Assistant at Terry Street in Hull. This is a 30 hour posts in which you will work 6 nights on and 8 nights off between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
Terry Street youngs Persons Centre in Hull offers accommodation and support to 16-25 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, stretching over 5 houses it offers a friendly and supportive safe haven.

As a Night Concierge and Security Assistant you will deliver a high quality service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for telephone or personal enquiries, attending to queries in a prompt and professional manner. You will also implement night security systems as well as monitoring and responding to any technical faults that may arise.

You will have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills you will be flexible and have the ability to deal with and remain calm in difficult situations. We are looking for real self-starters who are positive, resilient, and able to use their own initiative. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and some experience of working within supported housing would be advantageous.
