Riverside have a new opportunity for a Retirement Living Assistant working full time on a fixed-term basis.
Who you’ll be helping
You will work across Retirement Living Schemes predominantly based in Tumbridge, and also Faversham and Bromley delivering a retirement living service to customers over 55. You will support them to access outside services, stay connected to their communities and retain their independence.
What will you do?
As a trusted member of our team, you will be responsible for the general running of the scheme, ensuring health and safety is compliant. You will facilitate health and wellbeing activities and support customers to access community facilities.
Day to day
Your key responsibilities as a retirement living assistant in Kent will include:
• Health and wellbeing of residents
• Smooth running of the scheme
• Dealing with contractors
• Ensuring schemes are health and safety compliant
• Running activities and sessions with customers

Does this describe you?
You are flexible, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills too.
Though not essential by any means, you have preferably worked with vulnerable clients in a housing or support setting before.
