Riverside are looking to recruit full time Journey Coaches across Maidstone and Ashford working 37.5 hours per week.

If you answered ‘yes’ to the above then we want YOU to be part of our new team delivering an innovative new services to people who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless across Maidstone and Ashford.

 

Working with individuals from streets to independence you can support people on their journey, helping making a REAL difference for life.

As this is a newly commissioned service we are looking for a number of Journey Coach roles in time for go live. Previous experience is not essential for all posts. Attitude is as important as aptitude and full training will be provided.

The working hours are 24 hours a day but the successful post holders are not expected to work any night shifts. All flexible-working options will be considered for the right applicants.

You are flexible, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills too.

Though not essential by any means, you have preferably worked with vulnerable clients in a housing or support setting before.
