The difference you’ll make
The purpose of this role will be to provide general administration support by undertaking routing clerical activities to support service delivery. These administrative duties will include delivery and franking of post and ensuring that it is distributed and collected correctly. If there are any issues, you would be required to resolve them promptly. You’ll be first point of contact and provide basic information to visitors or direct calls to other members of the team as well as monitor the team inbox. Additionally, you’ll organise, file and store documents, prepare routine correspondence, copy and type documents as well as monitor office supplies.
So, who are you?
You’ll be experienced in providing general administrative support and have the ability to use MS Office programmes at a basic level. You are an excellent team player, results focused, take ownership of tasks and can work flexibly to meet business requirements. You not only have excellent attention to detail, you also work well under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. You are customer focused with solid communications and are able to communicate at all levels of the business.
