Riverside have a new opportunity for a Night Concierge working full-time, on a permanent basis.

Your salary will be £18,497 plus a location allowance of £4,000 per annum as well as a 10% night premium. Your working pattern will be nights on a rotational basis from Monday to Sunday.


Who you’ll be helping

Westminster Transitional housing approach, a brand new service model across 6 buildings in Marylebone.
Combination of 24 hour supported housing; 24 hour transitional housing (short term) and satellite housing led units to deliver strengths based support for single homeless customers. A team approach will work across all buildings making the most of technology and community spaces to develop best practice solutions to move on and meaningful occupation.


What will you do?

The Night Concierge and Security Assistant will work across a defined geographical area delivering a high quality service to Riverside Customers


Day to day

Your key responsibilities as a Night Concierge & Security Assistant will include:

• Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a Reception area as required.
• Implementing night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme .
• Monitor access to schemes and visitors.
• Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a client.
• Carry out domestic tasks (cleaning communal areas) to a high standard.

Does this describe you?

You are flexible, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills too. You have experience working in a customer focused environment with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Though not essential by any means, you have preferably worked with vulnerable clients in a housing or support setting before.
