Riverside are currently recruiting for a Peoples Services Administrator to work with our Talent Team in delivering our BAME Talent Acquisition Strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who wants to make a real difference. The role is fixed term until May 2021 and the salary is £21,060.98.

The role will be based from home with the option to occasionally work in our Head office in Speke, Liverpool depending on current Covid-19 restrictions. All equipment to work from home will be provided.

What will you do?

You will Support the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring managers with recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, preparing interview selection packs (where appropriate) and processing invoices.

You will work with hiring managers responding to queries surrounding our recruitment process and check managers are following processes and procedures correctly.

You will also work with Agencies on our Prefered Suppliers list and be responsible for capturing important Equality and Diversity Data.

Does this describe you?

You are an experienced Administrator, results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks. You have strong relationship building skills and are comfortable working with all levels of the business.

You have a knowledge of legislation surrounding HR and recruitment processes and have strong IT skills including MS Office and preferably HR systems or applicant tracking systems.
