The difference you’ll make
The Caretaker will provide an efficient and effective hands-on repairs, management and security service on behalf of the Association.

The successful candidate will monitor environmental conditions and deal appropriately with litter, graffiti, disrepair and anti-social behaviour. You will carry out repairs and maintenance, landscaping, litter picking and cleaning in accordance with procedures. The caretaker will maintain records of daily work duties and work closely with the Housing Officer to ensure tenants adhere to their responsibilities.

We are looking for someone  who trusts in their own judgement, makes decisions confidently and with hindsight are correct. 

You can analysis data logically and plans work that takes into account peaks and troughs uses own initiative and adapts plans quickly to address changes in the environment. 

You can demonstrate  good time management skills which are efficient and effective and keeps to promises.
