Riverside are looking to recruit a full time Night Concierge & Security Assistant in Bury St Edmunds working an average of 35 hours over a week.  Working hours are:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7.30pm - 6.00am

Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday 7.30pm - 6.00am

You will be based at Acorn House which is a scheme for young parents. Customers are either pregnant or have a child/children, and tend to stay at the scheme for anything up to 2 years.

As a Concierge and Security Assistant you will be responsible for the Health & Safety on site. There are 3 more Young Parent schemes in Suffolk and you will be the main contact for all schemes, and be required to travel to the other schemes.

As Concierge and Security Assistant you will work across a defined geographical area delivering a high quality service to our clients. You will be primary point of contact for telephone or personal enquiries, attending to any queries in a prompt and professional manner.

 You will also implement night security systems as well as monitoring and responding to any technical faults that may arise.

A car user is essential for the role, as knowledge of safeguarding. Experience of site inspections would also be an advantage.
