Riverside are looking to recruit a full time Service Manager covering our Retirement Living schemes within the Enfield and Watford area. Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. As the role requires travel a car user would be preferable.
Can you lead a team to deliver a high quality advice service across a defined geographical area, are you professional and able to work within a pressured and dynamic environment? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you.
As a Service Manager you will have experience of managing a team and delivering support within the Retirement Living sector.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting outcomes to the funding body, ensuring we are meeting contractual obligations. Experience of budgets and management accounts would be an advantage. Strong multi agency working will be required and a range of a Safeguarding experience desirable.
Commitment to providing the quality service that our clients need is also essential. You will have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills and the organisational skills required to deal with a range of administrative issues.
