Riverside are looking to recruit a full time Service Manager at The Young People Services at Ark House and Britton House in Warmley and Stroud. The role will also cover The Families Services in Gloucester and Cheltenham. The role is working 37.5 hours per week, and a car user is essential due to the travel between schemes required for the role.

Can you lead a team to deliver a high quality homelessness advice service across a defined geographical area, are you professional and able to work within a pressured and dynamic environment? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you.
As a Service Manager you will have experience of working with vulnerable young people, delivering support in the homelessness sector. You will lead a team of approximately 17, working together and with other agencies to develop appropriate solutions for each client to prevent homelessness or source suitable accommodation options.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting outcomes to the funding body, ensuring we are meeting contractual obligations. Previous experience of managing a team is essential. Experience of budgets and management accounts would be an advantage. Strong multi agency working will be required and a range of a Safeguarding experience desirable.
