What will you do?
As Concierge and Security Assistant you will work across a defined geographical area delivering a high quality service to our clients. You will be primary point of contact for telephone or personal enquiries, attending to any queries in a prompt and professional manner. You will also implement night security systems as well as monitoring and responding to any technical faults that may arise.
We are looking for real self-starters who are positive, resilient, and able to use their own initiative. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and some experience of working within supported housing would be advantageous.
Day to day
Your key responsibilities as a The Young Person and Single Parent Project Concierge and Security Assistant will include:
• Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a Reception area as required.
• Implementing night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme.
• Responds to faults as discovered
• Monitor access to schemes and visitors.
• Reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.
