Roke is currently recruiting Business Analysts to join our Business Consultancy Practice Area. We are looking for individuals who have excellent interpersonal skills (including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and lead effective teams), experience of scoping business problems, generating and assessing business solutions (encompassing people, processes and technology) and supporting the delivery of business change.
The role will require a significant amount of time to be spent at client sites across the south of England including London, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol, although it is expected that some time will initially be spent at our Romsey site in Hampshire whilst becoming familiar with Roke and its ways of working.
Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
Delivery of Client-focused Business Consultancy including portfolio and market analysis, programme and policy change development, generation of evidence to support business change including Business Cases, and support to change implementation.
Other activities will include requirements elicitation and structuring, generation of material for competitive bids and engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders on a daily basis.

Managing Successful Programmes – Practitioner
Existing, or the ability to obtain, DV clearance.
