About the Role

As a #WELLSTUDENT Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and improving achievement across the college. You will be a proactive and will maintain a visible presence on campus, providing practical support, innovative enrichment activities, delivering tutorial and early identification of safeguarding and welfare concerns.

The successful candidates will be forward thinking, energetic and passionate about student wellbeing and success and will be ready to champion and promote student voice to shape and develop the student experience and #WELLSTUDENT strategy.
