Business / Data Analyst (Asset Data)
37 hours per week
Circa £61,419 per annum
Are you an experienced data professional looking for your next challenge? We are searching for a Business / Data Analyst to join our Asset & Sustainability team. The role is central to integrating and managing asset data that supports our 30-year and five-year investment and sustainability strategies. You will play a key part in strengthening the quality, reliability, and use of our asset data. Working closely with colleagues across the Asset Team, you will help us understand the condition and performance of our homes and support evidence-based planning.
This is a varied role where you will analyse data, improve reporting, and help shape how we use information to make strategic decisions. You will also be confident presenting your findings to a wide range of audiences, including senior managers.
What you will be doing:
- Managing, analysing, and improving asset-related datasets
- Producing clear, insightful reports and dashboards for internal teams and senior leadership
- Supporting investment and sustainability colleagues with data needed for planning and prioritisation
- Helping to develop and maintain data standards, processes, and quality controls
- Translating complex information into accessible, actionable insights
- Working collaboratively across professional teams to understand their needs and provide high-quality analytical support
About you:
We are looking for someone analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with large datasets. You will enjoy problem-solving, spot patterns and helping others understand what the data is telling us.
You will bring:
- Strong analytical and data handling skills
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, or insights for a range of stakeholders
- Confidence communicating with senior managers
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across different teams
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
Experience in social housing or asset management is helpful, but not essential. We are open to candidates from a wide range of sectors who can bring fresh thinking and strong analytical capability.
