Estate Services Contracts Manager

37 Hours Per Week

Circa £52,726 per annum

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead the management and procurement of key contracts relating to our estate services, including grounds maintenance, tree services, and cleaning contractors working across our schemes, sites, and communal areas. You’ll play a vital part in continuously improving the service we provide to our customers, using data to inform decisions.

Your work will be essential in ensuring our neighbourhoods are maintained to a high standard and effectively meet the needs of our customers. If you're experienced in contract management and thrive on making a real difference in communities, we’d love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have proven experience in operational-level contract management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
  • Have a track record of leading operational delivery in a customer-focused environment
  • Be skilled in building effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences
  • Possess the ability to influence and engage others at all levels of the organisation
  • Be confident and competent in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and data management platforms
  • Have experience using data to support decision-making and drive service improvement
  • Be confident in making decisions and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Be confident in producing high quality reports and managing budgets effectively
  • Be willing to participate in our on call rota
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
