Join the Saxon Weald Customer Experience Committee as a Co-optee

Last year, Saxon Weald launched an ambitious new Customer Strategy which outlines how the organisation will reset and renew its ‘focus on customers’, our key strategic aim. As part of this we have created a Customer Experience Committee for the first time in the organisation’s history.

A co-optee is a full member of the committee who will specifically bring insight and experience of being a Saxon Weald customer. This means you will need to be an existing tenant or leaseholder of Saxon Weald and we have two vacancies to fill.

The role will involve attending three to four committee meetings a year and join the full Board twice a year for an away day. Meetings are currently held via Teams and Board away days are in person. Time will be required to read committee papers in advance of meetings.

These are important roles, with responsibility for building relationships with other members, contributing at meetings and helping us improve our customer service. In exchange for your valuable input, we will pay you £3,000 per year, along with reasonable expenses for any travel, and the provision of a laptop or other device.
