Salary Range: £20,000 to £22,000 plus up to £1,000 per annum VRA

We are looking for a Labourer to join the Kitchen and Bathroom team refurbishing Kitchens and Bathrooms in tenanted properties. You will be responsible for carrying out general labouring tasks to assist the Kitchen and Bathroom fitters, helping to meet the works deadline. Your work will include the removal of kitchen and bathrooms, helping to take deliveries and basic parts of install. Also some decorating, along with collecting and delivering materials and some waste to our tip.


You will be responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy site, meeting Health and Safety requirements. You will be able to liaise with customers, be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will want to learn skills such as basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling and decorating with a view to flooring prep.



To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • Be physically fit and strong
  • Work well in a team
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Be competent in using IT equipment such as a tablet
  • Be able to follow department processes
