Guided by our values — Open, Enabling, Inclusive and Courageous — we are proud to deliver high‑quality, compassionate services across adult care, children’s care and education. We go beyond “good enough”, always striving to deliver the very best outcomes for the people we support.

About the role

As Service Delivery Lead, you’ll play a vital leadership role across the service. You’ll support, motivate and develop staff, while ensuring people we support receive consistently high‑quality care that is tailored to their individual needs.

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives on responsibility, leadership and making a positive impact.

About you

You will:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
  • Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
  • Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
  • Share our values and belief in person‑centred, community‑focused support
