👩⚕️ About the Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping adults live confidently and independently. You’ll provide encouragement, practical support and meaningful interaction — always guided by both the individual and their person‑centred support plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Offering person‑centred support and companionship
• Following tailored support plans
• Keeping accurate records in line with service requirements
• Providing personal care and medication support when needed
• Covering sleep‑in shifts (paid £60 per sleep‑in)
