We are currently looking to recruit a Divisional Pricing Manager who will be the interface for all aspects of pricing related activity working with the Regional and Branch management and external teams across SIG Roofing North Division and work with the operational regional management & branches to ensure successful implementation of pricing strategy & best practice within the region/ area of responsibility.


What does the role involve?

As Divisional Pricing Manager, you will provide clear directives and day to day support as well as any necessary development plans for the Division, to ensure efficient cross functional working and business support. You will ensure successful implementation of our pricing strategy & best practice within the Division, working closely with the data/ product file & category teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of changes that impact on customer pricing and manage QBP pricing files, ensuring appropriate pricing is set up.

The role will also provide support to the Divisional Commercial Director to:

• Develop & implement improved processes within pricing administration that can provide timely pricing support to the Division at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Develop & implement appropriate communication processes internally within the business



The successful candidate will require:

• Proven experience and understanding of pricing and customer value concepts and their impact on the business
• Proven track record in delivering results and financial targets
• Be a clear communicator & flexible negotiator with strategic influencing skills - able to influence others to act without direct line management
• Excellent decision-making ability & the ability to work independently
• Experience of quality compliance and company standards.
• Strong self-motivational skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to progress tasks to completion.
• Able to coach managers and colleagues on area of expertise, best practice and policies.
• Ability to prioritise workload within one or more projects effectively
• Ability to conduct operational cost modelling.
