What’s the role?
As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our recruitment operations—from managing candidate data and coordinating interviews to posting roles and maintaining compliance. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and the wider HR team to ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional recruitment journey for both candidates and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end application administration
• Post job vacancies across internal and external platforms to attract diverse, high-quality applicants.
• Screen applications and assist in shortlisting against job criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidate communication.
• Support and occasionally lead screening and interviewing activity.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.
• Help develop proactive talent pipelines and share interview feedback promptly.
• Track recruitment activity against KPIs and support recruitment reporting.
• Promote SIG’s employer brand across external channels and social media.
• Support recruitment improvement projects and process enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
• Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building trusted relationships.
• Proven experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience maintaining databases and producing recruitment reports.
• Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance.
