SIG Roofing is currently looking to recruit a Branch Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running and profitability of the Lewes branch.
What does the role involve?
As Branch Manager, you will manage the day to day running of the branch with a particular focus on sales performance and customer service with the ability to lead by example and to motivate the teams to deliver an outstanding service.
You will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so, and have a proven track record in meeting targets, building strong relationships with customers and exploiting business opportunities.
To be a successful Branch Manager you will have previous branch management experience, be a level headed decision maker who recognises the importance of people to the successful running of a business. You will be profit driven, tenacious and ambitious, a great team player with great interpersonal skills, who has a desire to learn and develop your career within SIG.
So if you have experience in branch management and are a strong man manager to lead and drive an already successful team, and then this could be the role for you. A full valid driving licence is also essential.
