About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join an enthusiastic team delivering construction materials testing to a wide range of clients across the UK with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
The business is client focused and quality driven and now we need a commercial assistant working alongside the local administration team to get ‘application for payments’ (AFPs) raised and certified in a timely fashion. As well as help resolve client disputes and unpaid debt issues.
- Ensuring AFPs are sent out in accordance with each project timetable
- Ensuring AFPs are certified in accordance with each project timetable
- Resolving client disputes
- Resolving client overdue debt issues
We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:
- Credit Control Background
- Construction industry experience desirable
- Attention to detail and strong desire to investigate and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills
