Southern Housing Group are looking for a Programme Support Assistant (Data Improvement Programme) who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.

Working within the Information Technology and Data Team, the Programme Support Assistant will be responsible for providing proactive, effective & efficient support to the Data Improvement Programme team, to organise and service meetings as required and to provide programme/project support tasks.

This is for a fixed term contract until 31st December 2021.

Job Description

You will support the Data Improvement Programme team by providing administrative services including (but not exclusive to) arranging and booking meetings, taking minutes, completing and distributing agendas and minutes, supporting projects, updating and maintaining the teams intranet site, keeping accurate and thorough team files, processing purchase orders and invoices and establishing and overseeing administrative systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Highly organised, great at time management
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work well in a team but also manage own workload and deadlines
